ISLANDERS PREMIER – SHETH COMMITS TO ASSUMPTION

North Andover, MA – The Islanders Hockey Club is proud to announce that Premier Forward Devan Sheth has officially committed to the Assumption College Greyhounds Hockey Program for the fall of 2018.

Sheth a native of Ashland, MA has had an outstanding career with the IHC Program. In his three years with IHC he has appeared to date in 115 Games, scoring 32 goals while picking up 53 assists for 85 PTS. “He’s one of the fastest players that I have ever coached – he has incredible quickness and high skills which he uses each and every shift to create opportunities. He can play in every aspect of the game 5 on 5, Power Play and Penalty Kill.” Said IHC Head Coach Tim Kyrkostas

”Assumption College is excited to receive a commitment from islander hockey club student athlete Devan Sheth. Devan works hard every shift and plays a skilled game at a very high speed. We noted he has improved each season he has been with IHC and we feel he will continue to grow and develop at the college level. Devan is a great addition to Assumption and the Northeast 10 Conference.” Lance Brady Head Hockey Coach 

 “Playing for the Islanders Hockey Club over these previous years has helped me develop as a player and ultimately achieve my goal of playing NCAA College Hockey. I would like to thank Coach Tim Kyrkostas and Coach Peter Wallack for helping me achieve my dream.”

The Islanders Hockey Club would like to congratulate and wish Devan and his family the best of luck with his collegiate career.

This marks the 5th college commitment thus far for the Islanders Premier Hockey Club with a large number expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
