On Sunday, the Islanders will walk from Boston College to to the Boston Common, a 5-mile journey together in honor of Avalanna for the Jimmy Fund. Tonight Six-year-old cancer patient Avalanna Routh goes prime time. 

 

Helping their cause is a prime-time television fundraiser called Stand Up To Cancer, now in its third year. Routh's story will be featured on national TV.
