USA HOCKEY JUNIOR PROGRAM

2016-2017 ONLINE REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Online registration for the 14-15 season is currently available. ***As of May 30, 2016, all Players and Coaches must have a completed 16-17 USA Hockey registration to participate in on-ice activities.*** Instruct all players & coaches to follow these steps: Go to www.usahockey.com and click on ‘register online’. Enter your HOME address (US and Canada). Each participant will pay the  USA Hockey fee and their home state Affiliate fee if there is one. All major credit and debit cards are accepted as well as Visa gift cards. Email your confirmation page/number to each Team that you participate with.
