He stopped a total of 62 shots and finished with a .969 save percentage and a 0.96 goals-against average as the Tigers defeated Clarkson 2-1 and earned a 1-1 draw with No. 20 St. Lawrence. On Friday, Phinney made 28 stops and picked up 34 saves the next night against the Saints.
