Islanders Showcase Provides Platform for Top USPHL Players

Boston, MA (September 29, 2015) - The Islanders Hockey Club Showcase returns on Friday, November 13-16, to the Volpe Athletics Center at Merrimack College in North Andover, MA, and the Skate 3 Arena in Tyngsboro, MA. The event plans to feature teams from the Premier, Elite, USP3, and Midwest USPHL divisions playing in front of over one hundred college and pro scouts.

“The Islanders Showcase is one of the most anticipated events of the season,” stated Islanders Hockey Club Premier Head Coach Sean Tremblay. “Its importance cannot be understated. It represents an opportunity for our team to gain valuable points within the USPHL standings, and an opportunity for our players to showcase their skills in front of hundreds of scouts.”

The tournament field will be made up of teams from the USPHL’s Premier, Elite North, USP3 North, 18-and-under, and 16-and under divisions.

Tickets will be sold at the Volpe Athletics Complex and at Skate 3 Arena. All games will be broadcast on FastHockey.com.
