Islanders Brophy Commits to Holy Cross
North Andover, MA- The Islanders Hockey Club is proud to announce the commitment of defenseman Will Brophy to the College of the Holy Cross for the fall of 2016. A member of Atlantic Hockey, the Crusaders will have eight USPHL Premier alumni on the roster next season.
Brophy joins the Islanders this season after playing the past three seasons at Westmister Prep in Simsbury, CT, where he tallied 25 points (7 goals, 18 assists) from the blue line in 78 games.
The Fairfield, CT, native is one of the twelve NCAA Division I-committed members of this season’s Islanders Hockey Club Premier team. Teammate Owen Powers will join him on the Crusaders roster next season.
